What it is
Ambulatory transportation is our standard NEMT service: a clean, comfortable vehicle, a courteous driver, and a confirmed pickup window โ for passengers who don't need a wheelchair lift or stretcher.

- Seniors who no longer drive but can board a vehicle with minimal help
- Medicaid members with broker-authorized trips
- Private-pay riders who want a dependable medical ride
How it works
Book online or by phone โ we confirm your pickup window โ your driver arrives, assists you to the vehicle, and gets you to your appointment on time. Round-trip bookings include your ride home.
Service area & scheduling
Currently serving Illinois through broker partnerships, facility contracts, and private-pay bookings. Please book 24โ48 hours in advance when possible; same-day requests are accommodated when capacity allows.
Accessibility
Drivers provide an arm and a steady hand โ boarding assistance and help with a foldable walker or cane. If you use a wheelchair full-time, please contact us so we can confirm whether our current vehicles can accommodate you before you book.
