Book with the expected discharge date and time → we confirm and stay flexible around actual discharge → your driver meets you at the designated pickup point, assists with belongings, and gets you home safely.

Important notes
- This service is for ambulatory discharges. Patients requiring a stretcher need ambulance transport — we don't provide it.
